“AN AMERICAN WEREWOLF” in Orlando for Halloween Horror Nights

A latter-day Universal monster favorite has joined the attractions at the 2013 edition of Halloween Horror Nights at the studio’s Orlando, FL theme park. Beware the moon!

John Landis’ classic AN AMERICAN WEREWOLF IN LONDON is the latest fright favorite to be homaged with a haunted house at Universal Orlando’s Halloween Horror Nights, which is open for bloody business September 20-November 2. This maze will take visitors from the Slaughtered Lamb pub (pictured below) to the hospital where David recovers from his nightmarish attack to his horrific transformation to his rampage through Piccadilly Circus. “It’s terrific that guests will be able to actually experience some of the scarier scenes from the film,” Landissays. “I had fun working with the Universal team to bring one of my more insane movies to life.” Adds Halloween Horror Nights creative director Mike Aiello, “AN AMERICAN WEREWOLF IN LONDON is a must-see for any true horror fan. The haunted maze mirrors John Landis’ horrifying story and having him work with us in the creative process was really the only way this could authentically come to life.”

Other horrific properties fans can experience at Halloween Horror Nights Orlando include THE CABIN IN THE WOODS, THE WALKING DEAD and EVIL DEAD. For more information and to order tickets, hit up the attraction’s official website.
