Blu-ray/DVDetails and art come down for “BIG BAD WOLVES”

After brutalizing audiences into submission at festivals and limited theatrical release—and making them love it—the Israeli revenge shocker BIG BAD WOLVES is coming to disc in a couple of months, and we’ve got the info and a look at the cover now.

Magnolia Home Entertainment releases BIG BAD WOLVES on DVD and Blu-ray April 22 under its Magnet Releasing banner. Writer/directors Aharon Keshales and Navot Papushado’s film centers on a series of child murders that have a rogue cop (Lior Ashkenazi) and the father of one of the victims (Tzahi Grad) anxious to extract a confession out of the key suspect (Rotem Keinan) by any grisly means necessary. The widescreen transfer will be supplemented with:

• “Making of BIG BAD WOLVES” featurette

• Theatrical trailer

Retail prices are $26.98 for the DVD, $29.98 for the Blu-ray. See our review of BIG BAD WOLVES here and an interview with the stars here.
