Darren Lynn Bousman directing cult film “SACRILEGE”

Cannes and its market, the Marché du Film, are getting underway and thus, announcements galore are as well. Darren Lynn Bousman (SAW II-IV, REPO!, 11-11-11) will have a new project there and it’s a devil worshiping cult-centric story called SACRILEGE.

In SACRILEGE, “a family takes back their son three years after he is kidnapped & brainwashed by a devil worshipping cult – now, he would like nothing more than to watch them get murdered. With the cult surrounding their cabin, the family must fight for their lives while trying to undo the damage.”

No cast revealed just yet, but Shock Till You Drop’s managing editor and Fango friend Ryan Turek is co-producing. Good on him!
