Dimension Films Picks Up FANGORIA International Online Film Festival Selection “POLAROID”

For film fans familiar with the film festival circuit, Lars Klevberg’s impressive 16-minute short POLAROID just might be on your radar. The film has been wowing audiences and winning awards for quite some time now, and with the film raring to scare fright fans at the upcoming FANGORIA International Online Film Festival, Deadline reports that Klevberg and Dimension Films will be bringing POLAROID to the big screen as a feature film!

While the adaptation is still looking for writers, Klevberg has been hired to direct the feature adaptation of POLAROID, the short version of which follows two young women who discover a cursed Polaroid camera. Dimension films, in association with Benderspink, Vertigo and El Dorado films, will produce the feature in hopes that it may spawn a potential horror franchise, akin to THE RING or OUIJA. POLAROID is yet to be made publicly available, but FANGORIA readers can check out the short in the FANGORIA International Online Film Festival, coming soon!
