Exclusive clip: Director and Schwarzenegger talk “MAGGIE”Movies/TV,News Michael Gingold
A different kind of zombie story is told in MAGGIE, which stalks onto Blu-ray and DVD today, and that distinction is discussed in an exclusive excerpt from the disc extras that you can see after the jump.
Released by Lionsgate Home Entertainment, MAGGIE was directed by Henry Hobson and stars Arnold Schwarzenegger, both of whom speak in the clip below. Schwarzenegger plays Wade, a farmer whose daughter Maggie (Abigail Breslin) has been infected by an undead virus that is sweeping the nation. As she slowly succumbs to the sickness, Wade struggles to protect her from those who seek to take her away to quarantine, or simply kill her. Joely Richardson also stars; the discs include commentary by Hobson, cast/crew interviews, a making-of featurette, a deleted scene and a trailer gallery.
