Exclusive clip: Fearful flying in Takashi Shimizu’s “FLIGHT 7500”

After circling the runway for the last few years, Takashi Shimizu’s FLIGHT 7500 arrives next week, and we’ve got an exclusive clip of the in-flight fright flick.

FLIGHT 7500 comes to DVD + Digital and Digital HD from Lionsgate Home Entertainment on Tuesday, April 12. Produced by Shimizu’s JU-ON/THE GRUDGE collaborators Roy Lee and Taka Ichise and scripted by Craig Rosenberg of THE UNINVITED and THE QUIET ONES, the movie stars Leslie Bibb, Jerry Ferrara, Ryan Kwanten, Amy Smart, Jamie Chung and Johnathon Schaech. The synopsis: “On a flight from Los Angeles to Tokyo, a plane is shaken by severe weather. When the turbulence subsides, a passenger suddenly dies—and a supernatural force is unleashed, overtaking the passengers as they desperately fight to figure out what it is and how to stop it.” The disc includes an “Inside FLIGHT 7500” featurette, and retails for $19.98.
