Exclusive clip: It’s alive in “FRANKENSTEIN VS. THE MUMMY”

While Universal is busy resurrecting its classic creatures as pseudo-superheroes, a smaller, gorier monster mash is coming next month, and we’ve got an exclusive excerpt to show you.

RLJ/Image Entertainment will release FRANKENSTEIN VS. THE MUMMY on DVD and digital video February 10. Written and directed by ALL HALLOWS’ EVE’s Damien Leone, the movie stars Max Rhyser, Ashton Leigh, Constantin Tripes, Brandon DeSpain, and Robert MacNaughton; here’s the synopsis: “Dr. Victor Frankenstein and Egyptologist Naihla Khalil are both professors at a leading medical university. Victor’s latest grisly ‘experiment’ is the reanimated corpse of a sadistic madman and Naihla’s most recent find is the cursed mummy of an evil pharaoh. When the two monsters face off in an epic showdown, no one is safe from the slaughter. Can the murderous rampage be stopped and the carnage contained before it’s too late?” What do you think?
