Exclusive Clip: “MOMENTUM”, screening in NYC for FREE on Thursday, 10/15!


It’s a bad day to make a bank deposit, as you’ll discover in this intensely strange and exciting clip from MOMENTUM, the non-stop action flick that FANGORIA will hosting a free screening of in New York City on Thursday, October 15th at 7 p.m. This special showing will be held at the Helen Mills Theater (137-139 West 26th Street). A hit at this summer’s Fantasia Film Festival (which called MOMENTUM a “captivating action thriller…filled with spectacular stunts and bare-fisted fury”), MOMENTUM stars Olga Kurylenko (QUANTUM OF SOLACE), James Purefoy (THE FOLLOWING) and Morgan Freeman. Directed by Stephen S. Campanelli, MOMENTUM was written by Adam Marcus (JASON GOES TO HELL) and Debra Sullivan, who last penned the hit TEXAS CHAINSAW 3D.

Before we reveal the exclusive clip, here’s the pulse-pounding official synopsis for MOMENTUM…

When Alex (Kurylenko), an infiltration expert with a secret past, accidentally reveals her identity during what should have been a routine heist, she quickly finds herself mixed up in a government conspiracy and entangled in a deadly game of cat-and-mouse with a master assassin (Purefoy) and his team of killers. Armed with her own set of lethal skills, Alex looks to exact revenge for her murdered friends while uncovering the truth.
