With Halloween only 72 hours away, THE HORROR SHOW hosts Sean and Joe prepare to celebrate the festive and frightening season by closing the book on a timely fright flick that is as loved as it is hated. That’s right: THE HORROR SHOW podcast has decided to revisit the red-headed stepchild of the HALLOWEEN franchise, HALLOWEEN III: SEASON OF THE WITCH!

As the Halloween season is nearly coming to a close, THE HORROR SHOW decided against all odds to tackle a film that, despite its title, features neither Michael Myers or witches. An undeniably controversial film among the horror community, with ardent defenders and detractors on either side of the argument, Sean and Joe try to figure out what works and doesn’t work about this one-off sequel, and why the film remains so appealing despite its bizarre and problematic elements. Meanwhile, THE HORROR SHOW prepares their final Halloween episode for next week as they watch THE SIMPSONS’ “Treehouse of Horror V” and “XIX” and offer the last of the listener Halloween viewing lists!
