Hamilton! Fright Night Theatre and Trash Cinema present Cult Classic “THINGS”!

For those in the Hamilton, Ontario area, the Fright Night Theatre Film Festival is among the most trusted genre-centric events running today, screening beloved terror titles and offering exclusive FANGORIA giveaways. This Friday, however, Fright Night Theatre and Hamilton’s Trash Cinema are bringing a tried-and-true cult classic, presenting one of the greatest “so bad it’s good” fright films ever made: Andrew Jordan’s THINGS!

Released straight to video in 1989, THINGS is a dirty and nasty Canadian horror film that has developed a small but loyal following among fans of trashy, gory, and bizarre indie b-movies. To celebrate the 26th Anniversary of this underground Canuxploitation, Fright Night Theatre will be joined in person by Jordan and star Barry J. Gillis as well as other cast members to discuss all things THINGS.

For those unfamiliar, here’s the official synopsis for THINGS:

An impotent husband, driven by a fanatical desire to father children, forces his wife to undergo a dangerous experiment. The result: the birth of a multitude of monstrous THINGS.

The screening is held this Friday, July 3rd at the Staircase Theatre in Hamilton, ON, and tickets are just $10 here. Doors open at 7 p.m., and the film begins at 8 p.m.
