Katharine Isabelle joins “HANNIBAL” for season two

Will Dr. Lecter have a taste for GINGER SNAPS in the second season of HANNIBAL? That just may be the case, as Katharine Isabelle is joining the suave NBC horror reboot.

No stranger to genre television, as she’s just coming off a guest stint on Syfy’s BEING HUMAN, Isabelle’s post-AMERICAN MARY resurgence is in full effect, and her major part on HANNIBAL will put her in front of an even wider audience. Details that have surfaced about her role of Margot describe her as one of Lecter’s troubled patients, a lesbian recovering from years of abuse courtesy of her murderous twin brother. Furthermore, Margot will serve as a bigger foil for Hugh Dancy’s Will, complicating his romantic life and possibly pitting Will against Lecter. Isabelle is set to debut on the eighth episode of the second season; she’ll also be seen this year in SEE NO EVIL 2, where she reunites with her AMERICAN MARY directors, Jen and Sylvia Soska.
