LA! GOREZONE Presents a Free Screening of Lo-fi Anthology, “HI-8” This Weekend!

This Sunday, November 10, Fango and our resurrected sister mag GOREZONE are excited to present a free premiere screening of the upcoming, down-and-dirty anthology HI-8.

Featured in the brand new GOREZONE #28, HI-8  is a one of a kind anthology featuring segments from eight leading indie horror filmmakers including Tim Ritter, Brad Sykes, Donald Farmer, Todd Sheets, Chris Seaver, Ron Bonk, and Marcus Koch, and Tony Masiello. Each director was challenged to go back to their roots, using analog equipment while tapping into their years of experience to tell a story that is fresh and edgy. Shot all over the USA, the result is a collection of tales that has something to horrify everyone.

HI-8 hits the Jumpcut Cafe (13203 Ventura Blvd) this Sunday, November 10 at  7 p.m. Seating and admission is first come, first served in the fairly small space, so arrive early and get some of their proper dinner!

For more on HI-8, visit the film’s official Facebook.
