LA! Meet “CUJO” director, star and composer this Saturday!

1983’s CUJO remains a fan favorite among Stephen King films, and LA-area devotees can meet its creators at a live panel taking place this weekend.

Burbank’s Creature Features store (2904 Magnolia Boulevard) will be hosting the event, which takes place Saturday, January 16 at 2 p.m. and is co-presented by Intrada Records, which is reissuing Charles Bernstein’s terrifying CUJO score fully restored on CD. Director Lewis Teague, star Dee Wallace and Bernstein will be in attendance for a discussion moderated by Fango contributor Daniel Schweiger, who wrote the disc’s liner notes. Attendance at the panel will be limited to 50 people, with a purchase of the CD required for seating; an unlimited signing will be held after the discussion. You can reserve a place at the event by calling (818) 842-8665 or e-mailing Cfeatures@gmail.com; for more info on the CD and to pre-order copies (which retail for $19.95 and will be signed by Bernstein), click here.
