NY! Hudson Horror Show XIII brings “NIGHTBREED,” “A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET” etc. in 35mm


It’s a day and two NIGHTs of terror this May when the Hudson Horror Show team present their lucky 13th showcase of big-screen fear in upstate New York. Read on for the full details.

Hudson Horror Show XIII takes place Saturday, May 14 at Poughkeepsie, NY’s Empire South Hills 8 (1895 South Road); doors open at 11:45 a.m., and the show starts at 12:10 p.m. and runs through 12:45 that night. The features, all shown in 35mm, are: Clive Barker’s NIGHTBREED (pictured above), presented by B Movie Film Vault; Wes Craven’s original A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET; the sharking sequel JAWS 2; the Rudy Ray Moore cult favorite DOLEMITE, presented by Vinegar Syndrome; and two mystery movies.
