Release Date, First Episode Revealed for “TALES FROM BEYOND THE PALE” Season Three!

As all fright fans know, it’s not easy to get a film made, especially any horror film with any ambition and imaginative concepts. However, while many horror filmmakers flock to television, some are thinking outside the box as a way to pursue their creative endeavors. And though the last season- entirely comprised of live performances- hit audiences nearly two years ago, filmmakers Larry Fessenden (WENDIGO) and Glenn McQuaid (I SELL THE DEAD) turned to the audio realm to fuel the minds of their cohorts via their radio plays TALES FROM BEYOND THE PALE. Yet now, FANGORIA has some good news for fans of TALES, as well as a completely free way to get a terrifying taste of the show’s third season!

As revealed by Entertainment Weekly late last week, TALES FROM BEYOND THE PALE has confirmed a release date of November 27th, featuring tales written by Fessenden, McQuaid, THE HITCHER’s Eric Red, comic writer Brahm Revel, AUTOMATONS’ James McKenney, THE MIDNIGHT MEAT TRAIN’s Jeff Buhler and genre journalist April Snellings, among others yet to be revealed. However, the biggest addition to the TALES canon would be THE HOUND, an H.P. Lovecraft story adapted by RE-ANIMATOR duo Stuart Gordon & Dennis Paoli, which stars genre icon Barbara Crampton, DAGON actor Ezra Godden and KING OF THE ANTS actor Chris McKenna.

While there’s no word as to whether the TALES will feature any live editions, which have quickly become festival favorites in the genre circle, Glass Eye Pix has offered THE HOUND streaming for free at the link above in case you need anymore convincing. You can check out the poster for THE HOUND below, and you can pre-order all ten terrifying episodes of TALES FROM BEYOND THE PALE Season 3 HERE!
