See the Cornetto Trilogy back-to-back-to-back this August!

The Edgar Wright-directed and Simon Pegg & Nick Frost-starring trilogy is wrapping up with THE WORLD’S END. Luckily, fans who want to revisit SHAUN OF THE DEAD and HOT FUZZ can do so in an all-out extravaganza this August.

Regal Cinemas will be hosting SHAUN OF THE DEAD, HOT FUZZ and THE WORLD’S END all in one evening across the nation next month, on the eve of the latter film’s release. Getting underway at 5:30 p.m. with SHAUN and pushing through, it just might be a remarkable way to experience the three. While everyone will likely have their personal favorites (SHAUN, myself), there’s an undeniable progression and honing of Wright’s filmmaking, as well as a sincere maturation in the scripts he pens alongside Pegg. All three movies are intensely fun, but also filled with genuine emotion and an ever-evolving look at transitioning into and ultimately what it means to be adult.

As you probably know, THE WORLD’S END finds a set of childhood friends reunite to re-attempt a legendary pub crawl in their small hometown. Upon their return, they come to understand a great deal of Newton Haven has changed, in world-threatening ways.

For tickets and an entire list of Regal Theaters participating, head right here. Additionally, Simon Pegg has tweeted that even more theaters will take part in trilogy screenings. He writes, “US – AMC, Arclight and Alamo will also be laying on trilogy screenings across the country. Stand by for details.”
