Toys of Terror #63

Welcome to TOYS OF TERROR, Fango’s weekly feature exhibiting the coolest horror accessories across the web. Whether you’re a collector, connoisseur or simply making your love of horror a family affair, these petrifying playthings are likely to impress even the most heartless horror fan. So if you’re searching for a ghoulish gift, look no further…

Our first Toy of Terror this week comes from the fine people at Sideshow Collectibles, offering a lifesize bust of one of the most genuinely iconic figures in horror history: Bela Lugosi as DRACULA! Manufactured by the artists at Black Heart Enterprises including a sculpt by Jeff Yagher, this 15-and-½-inch tall bust is masterfully detailed and has been personally authorized by Bela Lugosi Jr. However, this sculpt is only available for a limited time, and runs a pretty penny, but if you’ve got the coin, you can pick up this frightening figure for $599.99 here.

Next up is a Lovecraftian offering that horror hounds are sure to love: Warpo Toys’ Legends of Cthulu Collectors Set! For the younger scare fans in the world, this set is ideal, with a Welcome Letter, Coloring Book, “Society of Cthulu Investigators” Ring, die-cut stickers, Cthulu patch and folded poster all coming within a box designed after the Necronomicon! The perfect gift to get your young ones into the Ancient Ones, you can pick up this set for $49.99 here.

Coming in at number three is our first entry from the Funko POP! line this week, now showing off the most infamous villain from FX’s THE STRAIN: The Master! Standing at 3-and-¾-inches tall, this vinyl figure is finely detailed after the vampiric antagonist from the scary series. The first of Funko’s line from the series, which includes figures of Abraham Sertrakian and Vaun, you can get this POP! monster for $9.99 here.

This week’s fourth Toy of Terror is our second POP! figure from Funko, as their announcements in the past week have been not only quick but plentiful, and this one is too legendary to pass up: Regan from THE EXORCIST! Also at 3-and-¾-inches tall, this figure recreates Linda Blair’s visceral visage in POP!’s trademark design, this is the first Funko offering from the infamous fright film. You can add this creepy toy to your Funko POP! collection for $9.99 here.

Last but not least for this week’s Toys of Terror is an entry from the good folks at Distinctive Dummies, who offer another beloved yet obscure macabre monster with their Andreas figure from RETURN OF THE VAMPIRE! Limited to only 60 pieces, this 8-inch figure comes individually hand painted and with custom hand-made clothing. Featuring a likeness sculpt from Ron Gearing, this figure comes in at $80 (inclusive of worldwide shipping) here.
