Toys of Terror #67

Welcome to TOYS OF TERROR, Fango’s weekly feature exhibiting the coolest horror accessories across the web. Whether you’re a collector, connoisseur or simply making your love of horror a family affair, these petrifying playthings are likely to impress even the most heartless horror fan. So if you’re searching for a ghoulish gift, look no further…

Our first Toy of Terror this week is an addition from Morbid Enterprises, and features one of Stephen King’s most nightmarish monsters: Pennywise the Clown! Standing at a massive 6-feet tall, this life-sized, animated statue of the IT’s on-screen terror comes with light-up eyes and multiple sound tracks. Sound and motion activated, you can pick up this Pennywise to scare children in your neighborhood HERE.

Coming in at number two this week is a collectible from NECA, who offer their authorized and licensed Ellen Ripley figure from ALIENS! Standing at 7-inches tall, this single run figure brings Sigourney Weaver’s likeness to the figure for the first time. Also featuring a bandolier accessory along with the makeshift flamethrower / pulse rifle hybrid, you can pick up this figure HERE.

Next up is another trusted release from the gang over at Mezco Toyz, who offer their Living Dead Dolls take on one of the earliest frighteners put to screen: THE WIZARD OF OZ’s Flying Monkeys! This 3-pack of 3-inch figures comes exclusively via Entertainment Earth, and features custom decor and packaging modeled after THE WIZARD OF OZ creatures. Available while supplies last, LDD die-hards can pre-order these macabre monkeys HERE.

Our fourth Toy of Terror this week comes from the people at Gentle Giant as they bring THE WALKING DEAD’s Michonne in a massive, screen-accurate statue! Standing at 18-inches tall and featuring a real fabric cloak and metal sword blade, this statue is made of hand-painted polystone. Individually numbered with a matching certificate of authenticity, this expensive statue can be the anchor to your WALKING DEAD collection in a big bad way HERE.

Last but not least for our 67th edition of Toys of Terror is an impressive entry from Dark Horse Merchandise presenting an 8-inch bust of the titular character from THE GOON! Sculpted by Sean McNally, this highly detailed color sculpt is designed after the bronze statue built for THE GOON’s Kickstarter campaign. The perfect accessory for fans of Eric Powell’s graphic novel, this bust can be all yours HERE.
