Tribeca Film announces September horror “THE FACILITY” and Scoot McNairy-starring “A NIGHT IN THE WOODS’

Tribeca Film, who previously released the acclaimed RESOLUTION in their slate of low budget horror titles, has announced release info for their latest, the simply titled UK found footage film, A NIGHT IN THE WOODS and medical testing terror THE FACILITY.

Starring Scoot McNairy (so great in Gareth Edwards’ MONSTERS and last year’s under-appreciated KILLING THEM SOFTLY), A NIGHT IN THE WOODS finds three friends on a hiking trip where “jealousies, sexual tensions and strained relationships come to a head, turning what should have been a peaceful camping adventure into a terror trip. As collective paranoia reaches fever pitch it becomes clear that there is a much darker force at work in their ancient eerie surroundings. Who or what is after them? And can any one of them survive a night in the woods?”

A NIGHT IN THE WOODS (pictured, above) hits VOD September 24th and sees limited theatrical release October 4 in New York and San Diego. You can find a trailer from the film’s UK release below.

THE FACILITY, meanwhile, is from director Ian Clark and sees a group of medical test subjects thrown into violent fits by mysterious drug Pro-9. That’s also On Demand September 24th, and will play theaters September 27.
