U.S. Trailer: Evocative Vampire Film, “A GIRL WALKS HOME ALONE AT NIGHT”

I really like this movie. I’ve made it very clear. Here is a beautiful trailer for its official U.S. release.

Ana Lily Amirpour’s swirling feature debut, A GIRL WALKS HOME ALONE AT NIGHT approaches. Here then, from VICE Films and Kino is likely your best look at the mad, cinematic Bad City and its dark inhabitants. In A GIRL WALKS HOME…, “Strange things are afoot in Bad City. The Iranian ghost town, home to prostitutes, junkies, pimps and other sordid souls, is a bastion of depravity and hopelessness where a lonely vampire stalks its most unsavory inhabitants.”

VICE and Kino release A GIRL WALKS HOME ALONE AT NIGHT in New York and Los Angeles  on November 21st. It’s great, and begs to be seen in a theater. Expect much more on the film in the pages of Fango, soon.
